On April 16, 2017, Holley Police charged John H. Poprawski Jr., 43, of Holley, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact. Poprawski was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on April 20 in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

On April 21, 2017, Holley Police charged Marcus A. Allen, 27, of Rochester, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone. Allen was issued appearance tickets for arraignment at Town of Murray Court on May 18 in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

On April 28, 2017, Holley Police arrested Christopher J. Huffer, 23, of Rochester, on an arrest warrant out of the Village of Holley stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on April 14, 2017. Huffer was charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree - Communicate Threat of Physical Harm. He was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Spada at Town of Murray Court. Huffer was held in lieu of $1,000 bail and was set to return to court on May 17.

On May 1, 2017, Holley Police arrested Michael T. Ward, 48, of Holley, for an Execution of a Bench Warrant out of the Village of Holley. Ward was transported to Town of Murray Court and went before the Honorable Judge Theodore Spada. Ward was released.

On May 4, 2017, Holley Police charged Julie Ann Saladyga, 46, of Holley, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content, and Driving While Intoxicated - first offense. Saladyga was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell on May 22, 2017.

On May 4, 2017, Holley Police charged Steven J. Bonacci, 43, of Holley, with Assault 3rd Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree; and Resisting Arrest. Bonacci was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada and was transported to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail. He was set to return to court on May 17.

On May 5, 2017, Holley Police charged David E. Berge, 30; Launey M. Dambra, 35; and Tina M. Kreuger, 36; all of Holley, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Disorderly Conduct. All were arraigned in the Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada and were released on their own recognizance. Berge and Kreuger were to return to court on May 17, and Dambra was to return on May 22.

On May 6, 2017, Holley Police charged Nicole M. Morales, 22, of Rochester, with Stop/Stand/Park Violation on Highway; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle on Highway; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: Per Se -Blood Alcohol Content of .18 or More, No Priors; and Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense. Morales was issued appearance tickets and was released on her own recognizance with requirement to return in front of the Honorable Judge Spada at Town of Murray Court on May 25.

On May 8, 2017, Holley Police charged Alexander C. Schwartz, 21, of Rochester, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree with 3 or More Open Suspensions on 3 or More Dates; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Speed Violation: Speed in School Zone. Schwartz was issued appearance tickets for arraignment at Town of Murray Court in front of Judge Passarell on May 29.

On May 8, 2017, Holley Police charged Paul R. Schiano, 37, of Rochester, with Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree. Schiano was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell on May 29.

On May 9, 2017, at 408 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Cody J. Stevens, 26, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Muffler Exhaust System Violation; and Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd Degree.

On May 10, 2017, Holley Police arrested Jonathan A. Magee, 36, of Albion, for Execution of a Bench Warrant out of the Village of Holley. Magee was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada. He was transported to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and was set to return to Court on May 17.

On May 10, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Anne L. Klahn, 48, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On May 10, 2017, at 228 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jacob T. Marks, 28, with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree.

On May 11, 2017, at 1 Crimson Dr., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Prince N. Wilson, 18, with Unnecessary Noise.

On May 11, 2017, at 360 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas I. Torres, 21, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2.

On May 12, 2017, at 228 W. Academy St., Bldg. 6, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged James E. Ryan, 25, with Disorderly Conduct/Obscene Language/Gestures.

On May 12, 2017, at 15 Garden Park, Apt. 15, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Daniel T. Morehead, 22, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact.

On May 15, 2017, at 141 Hamilton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Cameron M. Usselman, 20, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property 4th Degree.
