On Jan. 20, 2017, at 14822 Route 31, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joan Zummo, 74, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On Jan. 20, 2017, at 110 Telegraph Rd., Middleport, the Albion Police Department arrested Jeremy R. Hirtreiter, 24, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Jan. 21, 2017, at 111 W. Academy St., Apt. 2, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Stacee L. Laclair, 31, with Assault 3rd Degree.

On Jan. 21, 2017, at 15 North St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Mark D. Christy, 53, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On Jan. 22, 2017, at 102 Crimson Heights, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Cassidy N. Bradley, 25, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact, and two counts Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

On Jan. 24, 2017, at 128 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Keith M. Lewandowski, 26, with Harassment 2nd Degree.

On Jan. 27, 2017, at 146 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jacob C. Hollinger, 20, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; Making Graffiti; and Petit Larceny.

On Jan. 27, 2017, at 41 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Shandell M. Lissow, 28, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Jan. 27, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged two 17-year-old males with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On Jan. 27, 2017, at 469 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Connor A. Zicari, 18, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On Jan. 28, 2017, at 116 S. Clinton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Michelle L. Ashton, 45, with Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without at Least One Headlamp.

On Jan. 28, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Rosa A. Maldonado, 43, with Assault 3rd Degree; and Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years Old.

On Jan. 28, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kathy J. Dunker, 54, with Petit Larceny.

On Jan. 29, 2017, at 14 Erie St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brandon M. Valdes, 27, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

On Jan. 29, 2017, at 28 Erie St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brandon M. Valdes, 27, with Disorderly Conduct - Unreasonable Noise; Attempted Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property 4th Degree.

On Jan. 30, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Michael J. Moore, 27, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Jan. 30, 2017, at 130 W. Academy St., Apt. B, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher N. Pressley, 33, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On Jan. 31, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 16-year-old male with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property 4th Degree.

On Jan. 31, 2017, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a Town of Murray man for unlawfully entering a building in October of 2016. Kevin A. Truesdell, 39, of Hurd Road, Holley, N.Y., was charged Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property. Truesdell allegedly forcibly entered a building belonging to Hurd Orchards on Hurd Road and while doing so, caused damage to property. Evidence collected at the crime scene was sent to Erie County Central Police Services Forensic Laboratory which resulted in DNA match with Truesdell. Truesdell was issued appearance tickets and was scheduled for the Town of Murray Court on Feb. 15, 2017. This case was investigated by Deputy M. Stirk and Inv. J. Gifaldi.

On Feb. 1, 2017, at 6:30 a.m., the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people following a Vehicle and Traffic Stop on State Route 31 in the Town of Albion. Joel Rivera, 25, of Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, N.Y., was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree (Felony); and Failed to Yield the Right of Way at a Stop Sign. Rivera was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges had been suspended or revoked 25 times with 24 scoffs on 15 separate dates. A passenger in Rivera’s vehicle, Johnathon W. Donohue, 39, of Hindsburg Road, Albion, N.Y., was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Donohue was allegedly in possession of 10 Diazepam pills. Rivera and Donohue were arraigned before Town of Albion Justice J. Fuller. Bail was set in the amount of $2500 for Rivera, $1000 for Donohue. Both were remanded to the custody of the Sheriff and returned to court on Feb. 8, 2017.

Medina Police Department charged Yvonne R. Dent, 52, of Medina, on Feb. 3, 2017, with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. Dent was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return Feb. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Feb. 4, 2017, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a Holley, N.Y., man after he was observed driving all over the roadway in the Town of Clarendon and Town of Murray. At 5:27 p.m., the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office 911 Center received a civilian complaint of a vehicle operating in an erratic manor on Fourth Section Road and Hulberton Road. Deputies subsequently located the vehicle in the owner’s driveway. Vincent M. Roselli, 33, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (felony); Operating a Motor Vehicle by Circumventing an Interlock Device; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation First Degree (felony); Aggravated Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Roselli was arraigned before Town of Murray Justice Passarell. Bail was set at $2500 cash and he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff. Roselli was scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court on March 8, and the Town of Batavia Court Building for a Breath Test Refusal Hearing on Feb. 17. Arrest by Sgt D. On Feb. 5, 2017, at 3:52 a.m., the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Town of Murray man after he attempted to obstruct a Domestic Incident Investigation at the County Line Mobile Home Park. Peter M. Pifer, 32, of Skyline Circle, allegedly ran into a room and refused to come out, then attempted to push past Deputies and refused commands to stop resisting as officers attempted to handcuff him. Pifer was taken into custody and placed into a patrol vehicle. Pifer later calmed down and was issued appearance tickets for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, and Resisting Arrest. Pifer was scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court on Feb. 23. This incident was investigated by Sgt. D. Foeller and Deputy S. Fox., assisted by Holley Police Officer A. Poler, and the New York State Police.

On Feb. 5, 2017, at 499 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Julie Jackson, 40, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On Feb. 6, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 16-year-old male with Assault 2nd Degree.

On Feb. 6, 2017, at 302 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Gary R. Ettinger, 30, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.

On Feb. 7, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 17-year-old male with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance.

On Feb. 8, 2017, at 134 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brenda L. Gursslin, 43, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property 4th Degree.

On Feb. 8, 2017, at 26 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Hilario Waskiewicz, 25, with Assault 3rd Degree; and Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years Old.

On Feb. 8, 2017, at 12:45 a.m., the Orleans County Sheriff’s office arrested a Town of Murray man after he allegedly threw a rock and a brick at a trailer on Vindale Drive in the County Line Mobile Home Park. Joseph J. Motzer, 23, of Sparton Drive, County Line Mobile Home Park, Brockport, N.Y., allegedly threw the items against a trailer causing damage just under the window of a bedroom where two small children were sleeping. Motzer was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two counts); Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; and Trespass. Motzer was arraigned by Town of Murray Justice G. Passarell. Bail was set at $500. Motzer was scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court on March 8, 2017. Investigation and arrest by Deputy S. Fox and Deputy J. Doyle.

On Feb. 9, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Bryan M. Beach, 33, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree - Credit Card, and Petit Larceny.

On Feb. 9, 2017, at 348 W. Park St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert R. White Jr., 43, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Unsafe Turn/Failure to Signal; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On Feb. 10, 2017, at 130 W. Academy St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Timothy C. Minges, 21, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On Feb. 11, 2017, at 110 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jessica N. Verdesia, 29, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver, and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.

On Feb. 11, 2017, at 301 Hamilton St., Bldg. Lot 3, Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Michael E. Manley Jr., 25, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Feb. 11, 2017, at 205 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Dominic T. Bennett, 26, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Operator Lets Person Hold Onto Motor Vehicle; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
