Lyndonville Man Charged After Crash

A Lyndonville man is facing numerous traffic charge(s) after crashing his car Fri., April 11, 2014, in the Town of Yates.

The incident occurred at about 6:30 p.m., in the 12400 block of Platten Road. Antonio F. Lopez, 23, was operating a 2005 Chevrolet SUV travelling east, when he lost control. The vehicle crossed the center line, left the north side of the roadway and struck a fire hydrant. Lopez (sole occupant) was not injured.

Lopez is charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and numerous other Vehicle & Traffic charge(s). He was scheduled to appear in Town of Yates Court on April 16.

The incident was investigated by Deputy K.J. Colonna, assisted by Deputy D.S. Klips & Deputy J.J. Cole.
